Accurate and Informative Reporting
Fulfillment Express, Inc. utilizes the latest in computer technology to provide you with accurate and usable reporting quartly, monthly and daily, depending upon your needs. We also offer "real time" inventory, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In addition to the multitude of reports that we already offer, Fulfillment Express is able to deliver data to you through encrypted files so that you can import the data into your own software, if you wish. We keep you aware of the state of your business at all times, so that you can adjust as nessisary and maximize your efforts. Some of the reports offered are detailed daily shipping reports, detailed returns reports, credit card transaction reports, sales tax reports, inventory usage reports and much, much more.
Easy Order Transmission
Processing orders will Fulfillment Express is a breeze. We already work with a large number of call centers, internet shopping cart systems and accounting packages. We process files, normally transmitted to us by secure FTP server, automatically into our system using a number of precisely formatted files. This process allows us to minimize human error by processing the orders directly into our powerful software, without the need for manual intervention. We also offer secure shopping cart services, for those who need it. Orders placed on our secure shopping cart are automatically processed several times a day. Placing orders manually is also extremely easy with our easy-to-use web portal.
Credit Card Processing
Properly handling credit cards is an extremely important part of any business. We have years of experience with the process and can help you to minimize charge-backs by changing the customer's card at the appropriate time and managing the process with precision. Managing single payments, multiple payments and automatic shipments is easy with our powerful, in-house software. Fulfillment Express, Inc. already works with many of the major credit card processing gateways. We are also extremely well versed in programing solutions for new gateways.
Timely, Accurate and Cost Effective Fulfillment
Once orders have been delivered to Fulfillment Express, Inc. by one of the many possible methods available to our clients we then begin the process of shipping the orders. This process is quick and seemless for our clients. Invoices and/or packing slips are printed in house. Each order is assigned a unique id which enables us to individually identify and handle each and every order. Once the documents are printed they are taken directly to our warehouse where our staff pulls the product from the shelf based upon the computerized location tracking printed on each order. The product is then taken to one of our many packing stations where another employee verifies the product and begins the process of picking and packing the order. Items in our warehouse are barcoded to ensure that our client's customers receive exactly what they ordered. Product is deducted from inventory automatically when an order is processed, keeping our clients' live inventory up to date as we work throughout the day. Our powerful software and attention to detail help Fulfillment Express to be one of the leaders in accuracy and quality in the industry.
Automatic E-mail Options
With Fulfillment Express, Inc. you have many options to keep both you and your customer informed. Some of those options come in the form of automated customer service e-mails which notify the customer every step along the way. These e-mails, which are available at several stages throughout the order process including at order processing and at shipping time, help to keep your customer informed of the progress of their order, which in turn helps to eliminate customer service calls, saving you time and money. These e-mails will not only confirm the order's contents, but will also provide the customers with useful information such as tracking numbers.
"Personal Touch" Service
Each of our clients is assigned an Account Executive in house to handle their day to day operations here at Fulfillment Express. These Account Executives are available to our clients by telephone and e-mail and act as the clients' ears, eyes and voice. All of our Account Executives are experienced and knowledgable about the Fulfillment Industry and they work hard to know everything there is to know about our client's business, ensuring that things are handled exactly as our clients specify. These Account Executives are the first line at Fulfillment Express and are responsible for ensuring that each clients' shipments are treated according to the clients' guidelines.
Our comprehensive customer service system and professional customer service staff provide support for your products and customers. We provide call recording and log each call and offer email-letter writing as well as a complete RMA, replacement and exchange order system. Our software system integrates into our state-of the-art Voice over IP telephone system with screen pops and scripts to guide the agents through the call. With our comprehensive Order Retention system you can be assured that we will do everything we can to retain the order and customer and report to you exactly we have done. Our customer service personnel are trained to treat your customer the way that you would!
We will manage your inventory from the time that we receive it, until the time we ship it. Each carton received, has a bar coded label applied with all the information about its contents. We rotate the stock each time new inventory is received to assure FIFO (First in, First out) inventory. You can view your inventory “live” on our website and we can post and / or email inventory summary reports daily, weekly or monthly. We can also help you manage your inventory by alerting you when any item falls below a designated inventory level.
If you need a web page designed, our web designer can work with you to develop your web pages. If you need your web pages hosted we can provide that service with our in-house web servers. We can setup and operate your secure e-commerce store with the shopping cart linked into our system and process the orders directly into our system for same day shipment of orders.
Our UPS, FedEx, FedEx International Mail and US Postal Service approved electronic shipping systems insure accurate shipping charges and reporting. Our systems provide immediate assignment of tracking numbers for both air and ground shipments. We ship International Orders through FedEx International Mail, which also provides International Airmail and IPA Service to Canada in addition to FedEx Canada Ground, Express Economy and Express Priority. We have a plant load for each of these services every day. For larger shipments we also have service agreements with many common carriers for LTL and Truckload shipment.
We can provide shipping consolidation (Zone Skipping) through FedEx Smart Post for packages one pound or more and UPS Mail Innovation for packages under one pound. If you want to save money, this is the way to ship. Both FedEx Smart Post and UPS Mail Innovation pick up your packages at our warehouse, take them to their distribution center and consolidate your shipments with thousands of others. The packages are then transported to a BMC, SCF or DDU that is closest to the customer and are then handed over to the post office for delivery as Standard mail with delivery confirmation if desired, and are delivered to your customers within 48 hours. Our test have shown that delivery from the West Coast to the furthest East Coast states takes 7.5 days with FedEx Smart Post and 3-5 days with UPS Mail Innovation and SAVES a lot of money (depending on weight as much as $2.00 or more per package).
For Consumer Orders we use Consolidation, Least Cost Routing, Intelligent Routing, or your specific shipping requests. Least Cost Routing will select the least expensive shipper without regards to delivery times while Intelligent Routing will select a shipper based on a pre-defined formula utilizing the Postal Service, FedEx or UPS and Zone Skipping. Using a combination of shippers to select from, Intelligent Routing provides you the best delivery times with the best rates.
Major Markets Experience
We are very experienced in shipping to retailers like Federated Group, JC Penney's, Bed, Bath & Beyond and many others, as well as to catalogers like Dr. Leonard’s, Taylor Gifts etc. We also specialize in shipments to HSN (The Home Shopping Network), QVC, Wal-Mart, Sam’s Club, Costco, Target and many others. We are authorized to Drop-ship for HSN customers. So instead of sending your inventory to HSN and having it tied up for a long period of time, you send the inventory to us. We process the orders from HSN through their network and drop ship the orders with the shipping paid by you or directly billed to the HSN shipping account. Many of our clients sell their products through Amazon.com and we handle those orders as well. Our Client service staff stays current on the Routing Guides used by your retail customer for satisfactory delivery and elimination of chargeback’s.
We can also handle Returns for you, by receiving the Returns; updating the customers record and dispersing the merchandise back into inventory or prepare it to ship back to the manufacturer or disposing of it based on your directive. We can refund the money to the customer based on a pre-arranged setup. All Returns are handled within 24 hours of receipt during normal business hours. We will provide you with “Reason Reporting” why your customers are returning the merchandise and handle Refused and Undeliverable packages.
