We provide a variety of Pick and Pack options as well as light assembly of products. With bar coded items we scan each item into the shipper box just like at the checkout counter at the grocery store. This provides the most accurate order fulfillment available. For serial numbered items we scan or enter the serial number and report it to you on the shipping report or in an export file.

Our production system  controls the entire assembly process and upon completion reduces the inventory of the individual items used and increases the inventory quantity of the finished Kit.

For kit assembly with bar coded items we can provide the same scan method to insure each item is in the kit is as required.
